Account deletion

Use this page to request deactivation and deletion of your IFC Layer Bird App account and associated personal data.

Before you submit a request

The App does not offer public self-registration. Accounts are issued by authorized IFC/JSLPS programme personnel. A deletion request may therefore require verification with your assigned IFC or programme administrator.

How to request deletion

  1. Email JSLPS using the button below with the subject “IFC Layer Bird App account deletion request”.
  2. Include your full name, registered mobile number or user ID, associated IFC, district, and reason for the request.
  3. Do not include your password, financial account credentials, or other unnecessary sensitive information.
  4. Respond to any reasonable identity-verification request from authorized programme personnel.

What will be deleted or retained

After approval, login access will be deactivated. Personal data associated with the account will be deleted or anonymized where it is no longer needed.

Some batch, transaction, financial, audit, fraud-prevention, or programme records may be retained where required for legitimate programme operations or applicable requirements. Retained records remain access-restricted and protected.
